Henry is my best friend and he turned 97 in a big way this month. Vintage Vehicles of Sun City showed up with their awesome cars to help celebrate this great occasion. His doctor even showed up in her Corvette with two of her assistants! House call in style. The staff at the apartments he lives in provided donuts and water. Henry provided additional entertainment. One of Henry's friends created a shadow box filled with his decorations and other memorabilia from his service in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War. At lunch afterward a group of veterans who were having lunch near us came over to congratulate Henry on his 97th birthday and thank him for his service. Vets are definitely a brotherhood and watch out for each other. They even joined in a chorus of Happy Birthday! Blessings to you Henry. You are a true and dear friend... the best one could ever ask for!
